“Moving sheriﬀ’s sales to an online platform allows us to make the process more accessible, promote transparency and encourage greater participation from potential buyers,” Sheriﬀ Jason Smith said "Greater participation can lead to stronger sale results, which beneﬁts property owners, lenders and the overall economic health of our community.”

A $1,000 deposit is required to bid.
